A little help for your connection.
Find help with your selected board, permissions and connection. The directory listing is in preparation. The connection guide explains how to choose Read or Edit access and how to revoke it.
Check your connection
A few things to try.
- A board is missing. The connection can use only the board selected during consent. It must be a board you own. To use another board, connect again and choose it explicitly.
- A change is unavailable. Read is the default and does not allow writes. Approve a new connection with Edit access if you want to create branches or update cards.
- A request failed or its result is unclear. Open the board and check its current state before asking for the change again. Avoid repeating a request whose outcome is unknown.
- You want to stop access. Open the board’s Access → AI connections, choose Revoke access and confirm. This stops future access immediately; your board, earlier changes and activity history remain.

Email supp@layerpx.com for connection help or a request to permanently delete a board, an account or other personal data. We first confirm your identity and what you want deleted. We complete the agreed deletion within 30 days after those details are confirmed.
When reporting a problem, include what you tried, the time and timezone, your client, and the error text. Remove passwords, tokens, private board content and personal information from screenshots or logs.
